കോഴിക്കോട് അമിത വേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ സ്കൂട്ടർ കാൽനടക്കാരനെ സ്കൂട്ടർ ഇടിച്ച് തെറിപ്പിച്ചു; ദാരുണാന്ത്യം

കോഴിക്കോട്: കോഴിക്കോട് കല്‍നടക്കാരനെ അമിത വേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ സ്കൂട്ടർ ഇടിച്ച് തെറിപ്പിച്ചു. അപകടത്തില്‍ 65കാരന് ജീവന്‍ നഷ്ടമായി. കല്‍നടക്കാരനായ സെയ്തലവി ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

കോഴിക്കോട് അത്തോളി കോങ്കലിലാണ്ട് വെച്ച് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1.20ഓടെയാണ് അപകടം സംഭവിച്ചത്. മൂന്ന് വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികളുമായി അമിത വേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ സ്കൂട്ടറാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടാക്കിയത്.

സ്കൂട്ടറിൽ നിന്ന് തെറിച്ച് വീണ പുറകില്‍ ഇരുന്ന വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥിക്ക് ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റിരുന്നു. അപകടം നടന്ന ഉടന്‍ സ്കൂട്ടറിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന മറ്റൊരു വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥി ബൈക്ക് എടുത്ത് വേഗത്തില്‍ കടന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.

സംഭവത്തില്‍ പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അപകടത്തിന്റെ സിസിടിവി ദൃശ്യങ്ങള്‍ പുറത്തുവന്നിരുന്നു.
